Yes

 @9FNP63GDemocrat from Nevada disagreed…7mos7MO

My best counter argument to the yes on deporting undocumented people is if you are a person that works in the U.S has a house and cars and pays all the taxes and IRS then there is no need for there to be deporting immigrants there just like the rest of the citizens.

 @ISIDEWITHDiscuss this answer...7yrs7Y

Yes, but after they have finished serving their sentence

 @9GFQV63 from Illinois disagreed…7mos7MO

There are to many variables to think about I would need a while, I think mostly it just depends on the case.

 @ISIDEWITHDiscuss this answer...7yrs7Y

No, only if they have entered the country illegally

 @9FR37PNDemocrat from New York disagreed…7mos7MO

They are considered a danger to the country of America. If the crime committed is of great volume and is terrible then they should not be allowed to reside in the U.S if they came in illegally.

 @9LLNC95 from Arizona commented…3wks3W

No, only if they have entered the country illegally

It says immigrants. It doesn't say whther they came to the country legally or illegally, or what their status is. Immigrants are just people that migrated, moved from one country to another. People that MOVE are not automatically dangerous.

No

 @9F5HBFZLibertarian from Oregon disagreed…8mos8MO

Let’s create a pathway for citizenship, and reform the system. We should get them a basic test that’s not hard for them to pass.

 @ISIDEWITHDiscuss this answer...7yrs7Y

Yes, as long as it is safe for them to return to their country

 @9FXQC5MDemocrat from Hawaii disagreed…7mos7MO

Investing resources into analyzing whether or not an immigrant will be safe in their home country is a waste of time and resources.

 @96YM5ZM from Texas commented…2yrs2Y

This question is misleading. The question should say illegal immigrant rather than immigrant, which carries the connotation that they immigrated legally. An illegal immigrant should be deported and a legal immigrant should be prosecuted.

 @9LLNC95 from Arizona commented…3wks3W

No, only if they have entered the country illegally

Agreed. (from AZ)

 @8MBVXZH from Minnesota answered…4yrs4Y

Only if they entered the country illegally and after they served their sentence.

 @9LLNC95 from Arizona commented…3wks3W

No, only if they have entered the country illegally

If they serve a sentence in the US, we pay for that. What are your thoughts on paying?

 @8PNXZDC from Delaware answered…3yrs3Y

No, no human is illegal

 @9LLNC95 from Arizona commented…3wks3W

No, only if they have entered the country illegally

Correct. They are here illegally but not illegal. The pro-life crowd says everyone has a God given right to life but they don't seem to apply that to people from other countries.

 @9L74FFC from North Carolina answered…1mo1MO

If they’re illegal immigrants, they should be deported immediately. If they’re legal immigrants, they should be subject to U.S law.

 @9JM9ZRL from Texas answered…3mos3MO

Yes, but after they have finished serving their sentence and illegal immigrants who commit murders should get the death penalty

Yes, but after they have finished serving their sentence but if they commited a crime somewhere else then deport them

 @8J534QZfrom New York answered…4yrs4Y

No they should be tried by the justice system so that they will not be a risk of re-entering the country.

 @99893Z4 from Maine answered…1yr1Y

What is "serious"? Do you mean any immigrants or just undocumented ones?

 @8FLR5T5Independent from Texas answered…4yrs4Y

No, Only if they have entered the country illegally AND Be placed in a full security facility with a life sentence.

 @8HXPYGNLibertarian from Arizona answered…4yrs4Y

  @klawson  from Texas answered…1 day1D

No, only if they have entered the country illegally, not a registered citizen, and it is safe to return to their country.

 @9M4CHJ9 from New York answered…4 days4D

Automatically yes if it’s safe to return to their home country. But if it’s not safe, they should be held in custody or in some type of prison.

 @9M26F4M from North Carolina answered…5 days5D

I feel like they should do their jail time and be given another chance and if they mess up again then they get deported.

 @9LZZFM2Republican from Tennessee answered…5 days5D

Yes, but only if their country is not imperiled and they are determined able to find a place to stay and have their general needs addressed.

 @9LZQ357 from Pennsylvania answered…5 days5D

this depends on the context of the crime. why and how they committed this crime, how they ended up in this situation, etc. this should be decided in trial. they should not always immediately be sent back to their country.

 @9LYQ2QHfrom Maine answered…6 days6D

Yes

Whoever comes into a country seeking refuge and commits a crime has no business staying in that country

 @9LYPPZR from California answered…6 days6D

If they commit a serious crime, death penalty is the answer. If we deport them they will come back to US again.

  @cherryzombie  from Alabama answered…6 days6D

yes, but only if the crime is a felony offense and only after they have served their time in prison.

 @9LWXF9R from Missouri answered…1wk1W

Yes, if they are illegal immigrants, or if their citizenship isn’t finalized and the crime is violent.

 @9LV24SL from North Carolina answered…2wks2W

No, they should go through the process of legal action and punishment in the country they have committed the crime.

 @9LSQV4QLibertarianfrom Ohio answered…2wks2W

No, they shouldn't be able to escape justice that easily, they have a debt to society to pay off after their heinous actions.

 @9LSNQ8V from Oklahoma answered…2wks2W

Yes, but they should receive a harsher sentence from country of origin, or receive the death penalty if warranted.

 @9LSM8H3 from Idaho answered…2wks2W

If they are a citizen and commit a serious crime they should not be deported. If they are an illegal citizen and commit any crime they should be deported.

 @9LRPK4X from North Dakota answered…2wks2W

Yes, only if they have entered the country illegally, so long as it is safe to return to their country
